BTW it still in City island and mast is still sitting in the water. The boat got off the mooring during one of the strong wind days and broke apart on rocks.<img src="http://projectezp.com/stuff/100_0414.JPG">
Out of morbid curiosity, are there an other pics of it available? In Hewitts Cove, my introduction to one of those fierce fall wind storms in our area was to see another boat up on the rocks after it broke loose from its mooring. I was told the mooring shackle on the buoy actually broke. It looked in much better shape than the Pearson. Mike
you still need to salvage it and clear the shore. What you see is the boat after been cut by the owner and draged to the dumpster. But really on the shore it looked about the same. Must is still in the water.I am not sure, how poor kid will salvage the keel.I will make more pictures. I also have one of these "salvaging frenzies". What can I take off and keep as a spere for my Pearson 26 .
