....here is that surprising few Hunter owners participate in racing and as a result never apply for PHRF ratings. The nearest I can find is the 336 which rates 144 and the 335 which rates 156 in southern California. My guess is that your boat should rate around 150. What you should do is apply for a rating certificate in your area.
Don't understand your post......just what is 'not true'? that Hunter owners don't race very much or my estimate of the PHRF rating for a 326? I have no argument that Hunters make good club racers, hell I have one myself!
What is it you are saying? Are you saying the 34 is not a good racer? If so I would say your wrong. We race our 28.5 and do very well and a 34 raced in the class ahead of us and they were the boat to beat.Cliff
