Legal PHRF...
If you want to do it legal, then you need to apply to your local PHRF board for a valid certificate. If your doing club racing, then the numbers given are close, but a little low. My base is 144, and to that you add the credits (BTW, is up to 15 seconds for a furling MAIN, not just 6 as for jib).If you want to do it legal, then I have quite a bit of documentation to justify the rating based upon other boats. I would be happy to supply it to anyone that wants it. After all, it is in my best interest to have the 356's rated where they should be.Stevesestyles@yahoo.com
