PHRF on 320/326
My base rating on my H320 is 180 in Lake Huron. You would 6 for foller furling, and three for each blade of fixed prop. That would give you 192 in Lake Huron, but you are NC. You have to get rated locally.BTW, I am rated at 201 for club races, and 191 for MORC races with the same boat. Last year my PHRF base was 174 based upon a 32 Hunter's rating because the boat was new. I went to the rating meetings asking for a better rating, and they gave me 6 seconds and told me to come back next year for another six. The boat is not quite competitive with the current rating unless the wind is greater than 12-15 knots. Also, if you race, get a folding or feathering prop. I went from dead last to at least finising with the pack in most cases because the drag is less.I'll check my PHRF rating handbooks for ratings on the 290, as well as other areas for the 320/326. Good luck on any racing, and let me know how you do.Steve
