PHRF for the Chesapeake Bay

Just completed a couple of "charity races", the Leukemia and Hospice Cups and the RCs game me different PHRF ratings for my 05 H46. The LC RC gave me a 123 and the HC RC gave me a 99. My H46 w roller furling main & jib, fixed 3 blade prop and shoal draft. Does anyone has a Chesapeake Bay PHRF (non-spin) rating for an H46?

cockpit drains

just went over the requirements of the last post and notied the cockpit drain statement- I only have 2 drains in the hunter 40-1986. would that disqualify the boat from racing?
