PHRF - Beneteau Oceanis 300

I was looking for a phrf rating on my Oceanis 300, the theoretical PHRF would be about 164 and then one would have to allow for the roller furler main which would probably add back 6-9 seconds and then another 3 seconds for the 135% genoa instead of a 155% so i would guess the boat would rate in the 172 - 175 range ?Thanks,

http://www.well.com/user/pk/YRAphrf-sf.htmlschell regression formulaThis is the base phrf formula , of course from there each phrf area committee adjusts the ratings according to local conditions and the actual design of the boats...beneteau hulls usually rate close to their theoretical phrf whereas hunter and catalina usually get added seconds and j boats and c&c usually rate even or minus.Obviously, this is just from my experience and what i have personally observed in my racing areas.

Try www.phrfne.org and look for the Base Handicap list on their site. Has a lot of boats, but no OC300.Tim
