Reminds me of the old comedy "1941", where the Japanese sailor is trying to fit an enormous radio down the submarine hatch. "We've got to figure out how to make these things smaller!"

Radar related only because we were using ours in the first pic. Shows weather changes around the Capes. Solander Island, Cape Cook in the background. North-West corner of Brooks Penn. Entrance to Columbia Cove, South-East corner of Brooks. Pics about 2 hrs. apart

Michael. You likely would have a law against having a functioning radome on your vehicle in Canada.
It would be cool to have the picture and the radar image side by side when exploring the entrances and the cape.

Understand that radar detectors are a no-no but if they banned radar in the car could the police have one????? Equality and all that.
I'll have to take dual pics. next time!

Hey Michael. Down here you might be able to explain the situation and if lucky get away with it. But in your country it is the freaking Canadian Mounties. They always get their man. I remember that from the movies and weekly TV show “Sergeant Preston of the Yukon ”.

You’d be the gotten one.

Then again maybe they have gotten soft after all these years...

They have great P.R. but sometimes they miss these days. We don't have any on our island anyway. Just a patrol car parked at the ferry terminal
