I live in the downtown section Sarasota (sw florida). The other morning while walking out my front door I see two men walking down the street on a bright, clear, sunny and downright beautiful day wearing type I life jackets. They had these things on perfectly, crotch strap and all. I wasn't sure if they had ESP or were nuts but they sure knew how to use a life jacket better than most sailors I know.
