Perko Latch parts for repair

I've an older version of the Perko 930 latch on the head door. The latch part of the latch (i.e. bolt in the housing) has failed--it's broken. Would any of you know of a place to find a replacement bolt/latch without having to purchase a new Perko 930 with all the parts I already have that are not broken? I've tried the local RV shop and local owned hardware store. Before I spend more money on my personal hole in the water, thought I'd see if anyone might have resolved such an issue before.

All brass? How badly broken? maybe repair it with hard solder such as is used by the air conditioning people.

Thanks Ross...I'd not thought of welding it...wouldn't be as strong, but would work a bit longer.

Not likely you can repair it...

it's chrome plated zinc. But gee, we're talking $40., shipped, on ebay for a new replacement. (item number 200416646599)

They have given me great customer service with things that broke thru the years.

jviss, my initial search found prices more around $80.00. More searching last night found a site selling them for $29.99. I'll replace the whole thing for 30....still seems wrong since it's just a wee bit that's broken.
