Perkins M 50 running hot

Folks
I have a 1993 Perkins M 50 runs at 190 degrees at 2500 RPMs after about an hour. Seems like there is a fair bit of water coming out of the exhaust. Thoughts on where to go from here??

I have the same engine
Before you conclude its an engine problem
It may be worthwhile to check the following
1. Prop size
2. hull fouling
3. Sea water intake and filter
4. Green water level
5. Impeller
If all the above is ok its possible you have a heat exchanger problem
