I haven't seen this posted yet. Thought if anyone needs to know I'd
post it.

I just made my reservations for a cabin at Port Browning Marina for
the weekend of July 26/27. for anyone not sailing in, cabins are
$79.95 (Not sure but I'm assuming it's US$) and Rooms in the "Mini
Mansion" are only $49.95, shared bath. You can get there via ferry
if you're driving. Mooring rates are $0.75 per foot plus $3.00 for

Hi Brian,

Well, Judy said she and Ken are coming and I talked to Jim Elder, Laura and I are hitching a ride with Jim and Gloria again this year. I've been getting inquiries about membership from several West coasters and have suggested that they come too, with or without boats. I always recommend this group to anyone who inquires about the AVA so maybe they are listening and will RSVP on-line.

I'll be doing everything possible to get the newsletter in the mail this weekend with all the info so those members without access to this group will get the word.

In the past, I've posted a notice on rec.boats.cruising but I no longer have access to usenet. If anyone else here can do that, it will help reach non-members and new owners who haven't found this group yet.
