The black, rubber cover over the gear shift disengage button on the throttle handle disappeared. There is a small golf-tee looking thing that disengages the shift, but it now falls out. Where can I get the black rubber cover for this shift disengage button?

Ours fell out a few weeks ago and was lost. Called Mike Thomas, the parts guy at Hunter. 1-800-771-5556. He usually carries them in stock because it's a commonly lost item. When I called tho, he was on back order with them. He gave me the reference number to get it directly from Edson (even tho we have a Lewmar/Whitlock steering pedestal/binnacle, it's the same part). Yours may be different for your boat. Try Mike first.

This is something that many of those rascals have fallen off. Glue it will help to prevent that.

Had the same problem
My dealer replaced it for me and ran a few spots of super glue around the rim of the rubber (not the pin!). Problem solved.
