pedestal painting

I am going to repaint several areas on the base of my Edson steering pedestal. These are quarter-size spots where the paint has chipped off. I got the repainting info from Edson from their web site. The process looks pretty staight-forward using Interlux products. Any advice on this process? Thanks

Repainted my pedestal several years ago with Rust-o-leum spray paint. Looks good and has lasted. A lot cheaper, too.-Rolands/v Fraulein II

Edson paint.

Edson markets their own paint for their stuff which is the EXACT same kind used in production and will match.Among other places the Defender catalogue carries it.JC
