pedestal clutch, throttle retrofit for Catalina 30

I've just received my Edson pedestal, clutch and throttle retrofit kit from Catalina Direct. They included no instructions with the equipment and I'm hoping someone has gone through this process already and can give me some guidance on the issues I may eencounter.
