PB BLASTER moves corroded screws

I have corroded screws on my furler and have read in the archives that PB BLASTER can help loosen them.PB BLASTER must be a proprietary name and that product isn't available in Australia.Can any one advise the active ingredient or another product name that has similar attributes.

Don't know the ingredient...

...but it is a penetrating oil that is used to loosen rusty nuts, bolts, levers, etc. I used it on my Yanmar to loosen the throttle lever (located on the engine) that was splashed with sea water and began corroding. I followed it with spray lithium grease to keep it moving and sealed. Both were available from the local automotive store.Check: http://www.pbblaster.com/
