You folks were great with my last question now where do I find parts for the Renault RC8D engine. Specifically impeller, gasket, and also secondary fuel filter. I had a spare impeller that came with the boat when I bought it last year but I installed it today and now I am looking for a spare. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Doug

Some time ago there was a Texas company that someone reported had parts. Maybe you could find it with a Google search. You should also use "Renault R8CD" to search the Forum Archives here on HOW. Check all the years.

There is no distributer in the US at this time. Jabsco should have an impeller to fit, you'll need to match it up on one of their charts. ON the secondary filter. Do your self a favor and replace the assembly with a Racor using a 10mcn filter. There are banjo fitings on the original filter, these can be replaced or the pressed hoses cut off and reused.
