I bought a very expensive triple breaker from Paneltronics a while back. Finally had a chance to replace the old one. While screwing the wire ring terminal down the thin plastic housing cracked, rendering the breaker useless. I'm no gorilla, just making sure the small screw was snug. So I called customer service at Paneltronics last week. All reps were busy, please leave a message. I left a detailed message of what the problem is and have not heard back. How long do I have to wait for a return call?
