My Hunter 380 has light grey paint on the diamond pattern deck that is wearing thin in several spots. What is the best deck paint to use for this and should I paint grey as original or white to make it cooler to touch?

Is light grey that hot on the feet? I thinking of using it on the Luger project. Non-skid now is white but the texture is a bit thin, the PO was a little sparse with the Griptex.
We are in So Calf where mid 70's is the norm, and occasional 80 degree temps like this weekend.
Light grey, blue, or tan will be fine for deck paint. White is best but it is a pain to keep clean! Chief
Lee if it is original it is probably gelcoat not paint. There is some significant effort going from gelcoat to paint. Ether way I see you live in FLA. I live in Texas and yes there is significant difference in heat retention between light grey and white. I painted my topsides with Interlux Brightside one part polyurethane white... Chief is right white is a pain to keep clean but June through September I'm glad it's white. Clorox bleach and I are good friends now!
Lee, after 14 years the same gray paint on our H380 was beginning to wear off. I cleaned then taped the area off and repainted with Interlux Brightside Polyurethane, "4190 Kingston Gray". It was an exact match for the original color (based on pictures when we bought the boat).
