We will be taking off the first of May for a 5 month sailing trip to SE Alaska. Does anyone have any good resources or suggestions for packing the boat with galley and medical supplies? Has anyone used a pressure cooker for extended cruising? Thanks.

Hi We bought one a few years ago but haven't been cruising far enough (yet) to get to use it regularly. Because you mentioned it, I realized I hadn't even done a search on this board for them. (Shame on me!

It's a start. Mary Ellen McCormick of the Catalina 34 group wrote a three issue article about their cruise to Alaska on their C34. It was published in Mainsheet magazine about 2 to 3 years ago.
