This is a Hunter OEM white nylon (perhaps Derlin) packing gland. This gland is in good shape and does not need repacking. However, I took this gland off my H28.5 (1" shaft) and replaced it with a conventional bronze gland as I found the OEM gland nearly impossible to repack without decoupling shaft and removing the gland. Free to anyone who wants it, but would like to have postage.
