Bring out your (partially) dead plastics. We will be doing demos of various products on gelcoat and other plastics. Bring. If you are visiting - please bring any old items you would like to see products work on. Boat in the DF Bay area - after the show I will be available to alimited number of "house calls". Just received my order. Is Silken Seal sufficient to protect gelcoat after using Crystal Clear, or is the Super Wax recommended? (This is for the cockpit and cabin sides, not the hull which I would definitely wax when I get around to doing it...) Also OK to use Silken Seal, and then wax over it later?Thanx.

SILKENSEAL will seal gelcoat as well as soft plastics but the layer is very thin. As soon as possible wax over it, wigther witgh our wax or a good carnuaba like collinite or 3M. After hand buffing, a mirror shine can be imparted by an outer layer of SILKENSEAL.and tghis will last for many months before touch up is again required. With our SB Superwax the sealand anbd wax are combined in one product and use of SILKENSEAL is not required, although it can still be used to enhance shine from time to time.
