What is the best anchorage to observe the July 4th fireworks. The special anchorage across from Moses point, or all the way in West Harbor? We will be coming over July 4th AM and departing July 5th AM.
I can't tell you about the fireworks, but the nicest anchorage is in the Cove on the east side of Oyster Bay Harbor. If the fireworks are located in Bayville on the LI SOund side, then West Harbor is probably better.
