I'm looking for a manual on my Hunter 27. 1978 4 1/2 draft. Boat and Yanmar Engine. I Cyl deisel. Any info out there ????

I have systems diagrams
Bud, The owners manuals have pretty much generic stuff and are not much help. They talk about tuning the rig, adjusting the stuffing box, changing the filters, etc, but stuff that is not specific to your particlar boat. You can find an engine manual for the Yanmar through dealer sites. If you send me your email address (look me up in the owners directory)I can send you a .PDF file with all of the boat specifications, wiring, plumbing and other diagrams. J. Tesoriero "Diamonds" H340

I have the orig. owners manuals for the 1978 H-27. (Love my boat)but zi agree that thye Hunter manual is not much help and has almost "0" technical data other than the mast height and rig length specifications. If you give me you e-mail I'll be happy tosent you a DIF or other file of the manual. I also have the parts list and repair manual for the 1 GM-8 by Yanmaer. The previous owener got the repair manual and I needed to puchase the parts listing book. Torrensen Marie is a great source and I've used them many times. The repair manual looks like a bound photostat and many of the diagrams and pictures are hard to see. But it's has helped. The English translation is even worse (but not as bad as my typing).
