Tom: I just bought a 1981 27' Hunter last October. Best sort of manual I could find was: http://people.ne.mediaone.net/tlyons/tdl/hunter/index.html Isn't as detailed as I wanted. I contacted Hunter but they told me it was almost impossible. Have used this forum though with problems, suggestions etc and have always gotten great responses. Congrats on your boat.

I have one for you

First and foremost, turn off your caps lock and stop yelling, it hurts my ears! I have a manual that I got from Hunter when I use to own a 1980 H27. It is a photo coyp and quaity is at best, poor. e-mail me your address and I will make a copy and send it to you. all I ask is that, if someone else asks for a copy of a manual for a older H27, you make a copy and pass it along.
