Try USSpars.com for parts or complete replacement. My understanding is that they also supply a new Torlon bearing boom car assembly that reduces friction & improves the furling / unfurling operation of in mast furlers. You can check the parts identification tag on your mast; however, you should have a US Spars 500E mast & Z360 boom if your boat was assembled in USA. Please let me know your findings.
