I thought that while I'm waiting for my H376 to arrive, I would start to source the various parts that will be required. I'm going to need everything from good secondhand sails, fridge, 3 burner stove, GPS, AIS system, Radar, aft quarters mattress, hot water heater, water maker and marine Air Conditioner ...etc
I'm thinking there must be a salvage surplus company that doesn't cost and arm, leg and left testicle.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on where I might get the best deals, what brands would be good...etc.
To keep you posted on my earlier search - I've sourced a new Mast & Rigging from USSpars - costing me plenty, but at least I won't have to worry about this too much.
As far as having the interior of the boat redone - I've managed to get a high end cabinet maker (www.ramsaycabinetmakers.com/) to agree to rebuild the interior - Luckily he's local.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to make the H376/380 Salon better I'd be happy to hear your ideas.
