Outboard Motor Bracket

I need to upgrade my outboard motor bracket. I'd like to install one that will accept the newer four stroke engines. My old 4hp two stroke outboard is now 30 years old and still running strong but several of the lakes I'd like to sail on are requiring the newer engines. Has anyone had luck with either the Fulton or Garelick brands? Maybe there's one out there I don't know about.

take a look at this one its the same one C/D is selling and its made to carry the four strokes, price is a bit better than C/D's though by seventy bucks.

CD unit is good

I installed the two-spring Catalina Direct mount last summer. It made lifting my 8hp Honda 4 stroke a breeze and it mounted in the exact same holes as the original mount on my 1986 C22. Randy
