I am considering purchasing a 96' 26X with an 50hp ob, im afraid i wont be able to use it at Tahoe, which is where I am buying it for.. any advice, or maybe just buy a new one??
You will be just fine. If it is a two stroke, regardless whether injected or not, it is illegal. Four strokes only on Lake Tahoe since October of 2001.
