Forespar makes a nice lift for that purpose. Capacity about 220 pounds. The upper part, rotates, is removable, and can be stowed when not needed. There is a webbing harness also commercially available that can be secured to the outboard power head to which the hoist line can be attached. The hoist has enough overall height to lift the motor to the level of an outboard bracket on the stern rail.

On my B323, I at first just ran a line over the stern bimini rail to lower my Honda 5 4-stroke. Now, I have a 5-part block and tackle I secure to the bow. It works great, but don't know off hand how much the H5 weighs.

I have one too mounted on my radar pole, also useful for hoisting heavy things onto boat like sail bags, fuel jugs
