Well you can see the Pix an Osprey decide to relocate from another nearby sailboat and trees to the Mast Spreaders on my Hunter 31.
Beautiful Bird but...
It was Pooping all over the place and drop dead gross fish parts all over the boat. Taking hours to clean!!!

Pix of Osprey as I approach on stand up paddle board

Pix of Osprey as he flys away for the last time I hope.
I had purchased a MastMate and figured it was time to finally use it.
I climbed the mast cleaned off the spreaders and the I strung fishing line back and forth above the spreaders and tied it off on both sides.
Then using the fishing line I attached CD's to the Main Halyard and raised them to the approximate height of the both Spreaders.
I returned the the boat after a week and it looks spotless.
Oh yea I also ran some fishing line above the boom for the main sail.
I wished I could of seen him trying to land and not seeing the invisible fishing line. Bet it freaked him out, or at least I hope so.
Or maybe it was the sun reflecting off the cds. Not sure but he is gone for now.
