osmosis in forward water tank

Hi found osmosis in forward water tank has anybody else had this problem and could you please offer advice. thanks,

Is the water passing through the surface of the plastic water tank or is the tank leaking? It would be more believable that the tank has a hole or has split a seam or has a leak in a water line, but osmosis. I am at a loss. Jim

LEAKING

THE WATER TANK IS LEAKING. BUT BECAUSE ITS PART OF THE HULL I AM CONCERNED. WE HAVE NOW DRIED UP THE TANK. ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT? THOUGHT OF MAYBE PUTTING IN A FLEXIBLE WATER TANK IN. THANKS.
