Orion Skyblazer II Red XLT Aerial Recall and Quarantine!

I received this Safety Flare Recall Notice and wanted to share it with everyone. Orion Safety Products has issued a safety recall and product quarantine for the hand-launched Skyblazer II Red XLT Aerial Signal. Orion received a report of a flare igniting without the safety cap removed or the ignition cord being pulled. The flare didn't launch but burned in place. Please check your Orion XLT products for their lot number and expiration date. Impacted products: Product Numbers 769, 855/855A and 859 with an Expiration Date of August 2028 through April 2029. Orion advises customers to: Immediately stop using any XLTs with the expiration dates noted above. Quarantine all impacted XLTs and store them in a safe and secure location away from combustible products until further notice.
