I placed an order online for island girl products, on april 29 , I can not get thru to any listed phone number and receive no answers to email, how do I find out about my order ? thank you Mike Bacome
Order will eventually come, but it takes a long time. My order took over two weeks to arrive. Products work good, but not great. Don't try to use Seaglow on a sunny day. It drys too fast and streaks. A cloudy day would be perfect. Sean
Apologies to the customer who could not reach us. We have two phone lines 1-800-441-4425 supposedly only for orders (but people use it anyhow) and a tech line at 808 263 8569. Hours 8-5.30 HI time I don't call in the middle of the night!). We also have e-mail: Island-girl-info @hawaii.rr.com. Both phone lines have an answering system and the 800 number loops over to my PCS if nobody ansers after 4 rings. However, while in Oakland I was not able to reply to e-mails properly although urgent-looking ones were faxed over to me and I replied using Kinkos. HOWEVER a) I was in Oakland for 3 weeks and the cell phone bit the dust for the last few days. Orders were sent out from Hawaii or Oakland. THere were some delays while wainting for wax ingredients. Then all was caught up and orders went out essentially as they arrived. Now we are backed up again but will be caught up in the next couple of days. If an order is late we try to contact (now in the office this is easy) and always put in a freebee to make amends. For some reason everyone orders or do not order all at the same time! Aplogies for anyone inconvenienced and as you know, Mr Balcome your order has been shipped. The wax is going the fastest and we are trying to rush in more ingredients. Plenty of cleaners and Silkenseal in Oakland and Hawaii right now. Orders received now will be shipped WITHIN 3 business days. Sincerely Jim Willis
