operating temp

I have a 2GMF on my H31. When I am motoring at about 2800 RPM, the temperature guage indicates 90-100 celcius. Is this within normal limits?

Same on my 1995 2GM20F..

..on my 29.5 , around 90-93 Celsius. as per temp gauge I installed .I wonder too if this is normal , altough the alarm doesn't sound , it looks - intuitivly- a bit high.What is the 'norm' for this engine.It get so hight mostly in summer , when sea-water temp get to 29-30 degree .celsius..
