I have a 1988 Catalina 30 and I am trying to replace the o rings on the opening ports but cannot find how to get the latch apart. There is no screw. Any ideas how to get the latch apart to install new o rings?
In center is a plug take a sharp object and work from all sides a little at a time it will pop out. Just did mine the old seals where cracked and brittle cleaned and coated new o-rings #41 with silicon grease not sure they are the right size still some leaks in rain. I have gaskets that's next.
