opening port size

My 28 O'day is one of the few 28's built with opening ports in the salon. My question is: does anyone know the replacement size for this opening port? Most 28's have a single fixed port light with a small opening port in the head area. The salon opening ports are larger than the ports in the head. If anyone has installed replacements I'd love to know the correct size.

the boat is a 1980 OD 28 and the ports are PYHI. PHHI is out of business but they look like other common ports in their geometry. If I knew the correct size to buy then I won't have to guess and end up having to send them back when they are either too big or too small for the current opening size. Also I'd rather not have to pull the ports out to measure. In fact only one port is damaged and needs replacing but I may as well replace all four since they are 29 years old.
