Is anyone going to the open house at Sailing Specialties this weekend? Our boat has been there for the winter and we are going up this weekend to get the boat ready to go.
There is also one at Tidewater Marine. Debbie and I are sailing down Friday from Baltimore for the weekend. Hope to see some other Hunter owners there. Maybe we'll trade our H40.5 for a HC50 since we have to sail back to Texas this summer. Should cut our sailing time in half!
Good deals and manufacturers' reps to talk to for upgrades. I'll probably stop off in Waterford before going up to Mystic. I think Hellier (Catalina) and Sailing Specialties (Hunter)are both displaying boats in Mystic. It'll be a neat non boat show opportunity to compare various models.
Mark, I plan on being down on Sat & Sun to start my spring commissioning. I've got my 40.5 at Noank Shipyard at slip D-1. I plan to come over to Sailing Specialties around 12-1 pm on Sat. Also planning to hit Hellier's and Defender's. I'll be sure to ask the SS crew to point you out. Rich
