Only 15k, what to buy?

I'm wondering what sort of boat I can get into for 15k. I only care about A) lasts long, B) can be single handed, and C) is ocean worthy. I don't know what brand/type/year/etc. to look for.

Pearson. Great glass hulls, solid builds. Certainly can be single-handed. The 322, probably the smallest blue water boat with a nice full length keel could possibly be nabbed at that price (last year I saw one in Hull, MA for $19k).

Any of the Rangers. 26, 28, 29, 32. All solid performers.
