It's time to replace my windows. Big box hardware stores don't seem to carry 3/8 cast tinted acrylic. While there are a couple local plastic companies (Pittsburgh, PA), it looks like they don't do retail. I'll give them a call but I'm also looking for online sources.
I've found TAP Plastics which seems to be the best so far. Do you folk have any suggested sources?

Also, the popular color is 2074 dark gray. Has anyone gone with 2064 light gray? Were you happy with it?

I was also very happy with the price and service I received form Tap. I got three pieces that were sized to provide the blanks for 7 lenses. I was able to size them to the nearest inch in both ways so there was very little waste. The packaging was excellent with two layers of double wall corrugated cardboard with spacer layers between. You could have driven over the package with a truck and not damaged the acrylic inside. They also have polycarbonate (Lexan) if you prefer that to acrylic. I used their Dark Smoke and have been very happy with it. You cannot see into the boat during daytime, but it is very easy to see out and keeps the cabin cooler. I saw another boat that used the light smoke, and you could see into the boat and more importantly, you could see the white gelcoat that it was mounted to where the Dow 795 did not get all the way back to the UHB tape. The Dark Smoke acts like a one-way mirror and you can only see from the side with the greater amount of light.
Here is a link to a post i made on the replacement of mine.

Sailrite has all that stuff.... and much more. Start Here

OOPS! Sorry, I mis read your inquiry. Rather than portlight glass I thought you searching for marine flexible vinyl type product.... but... I'll leave the link anyway because it may interest someone and it's certainly very informative.

Another option for the windows in dodgers is Polycarbonate sheeting which is completely clear and does not have the wavy appearance. Tap sells both .030" and .060" thickness.

Same excellent experience with TAP .. I bought the lenses pre cut to size with corner radius for all 4 of my Bowmar hatches.. Quick service and good prices.
