Well, Hull# 23064 suggests a boat built around 1970-71, Class # 52 means that was the 52nd of that model to be built. If she is 15' LOA, I'd guess that she is a 1970 O'DAY 15. 1970 being the first year for the model, the low class# of 52 would sound correct.
