Halyard winch for wire or wire to rope halyard.

Thats great .. Many thanks... FYI the boat was built by Boatbau in Rugen in 1979 in the former East Germany.. Very interesting layout and high standard of build.. Apparently, they couldnt afford to have breakages as there were no spare parts support..
