We just launched our 1976 Hunter 27 after a year of fix up.. Looking for a manual and also looking for info onthe hull speed.

Can't help you with manual but hull speed is approximately 1.34 time the square root of the waterline length in feet. For example, with a 25 ft waterline length the hull speed is 1.34 x 5 = 6.7 kts. However, you may never see that speed because of fouled bottom, engine or sail issues, etc.
The static water length of a Cherubini h27 is 22 ft. The time honored formula of 3.14 X the square root of the waterlength indicates that all boats of a 22' waterline have a hull speed of 6.2 knots. Now we know that all boats are not alike and that a sleek hull will go faster than a wide fat one. Also when the boat heels its water length may increase so the target figure you may be looking for is highly elusive and perhaps somewhat irrelevant.
