Old dinghy like a Dyer Dhow in shape

I have an old dinghy getting ready to restore, it looks like a Dyer Dhow kind of tubby in shape. Mast in bow with marconi/Bermuda style sail. No standing rigging. CB with oar locks for rowing and a small outboard pad. Oak trim gunwales , mahogany seats with bronze brackets. My hunch from the shape and an old photo of a Marblehead and Manchester Boat Co dinghy is that it is just such a dinghy "Marblehead and Manchester Boat Co " . The sail is red and white with the word Dyson on it. Any information to help confirm pedigree is appreciated. Thanks.

Mine does not have molded in stern seat and star/port bench seats but shape is identical. Does anyone know history of this dinghy from Marblehead Manchester Boat Co?

The HIN is NR NCJ2820575..... The NRN leads it to a boat manufacturing operation in Arkansas called #1 Boats. I now suspect the manufacturer made hulls for different boat companies. This hull and it's sisters made their way to Marblehead area and were finished as row sail dinghy for Marblehead and Manchester Boat Co. The sail bag has the letter D on it , the sail is plain white no markings.

Also.... it may be an unauthorized splash-mold product copied from another better-known dinghy; and the builder disappeared...

(I once bought a well used "Lido 14", that turned out to be an illegal copy. Took me a while to figure it out.... :( )
