After being docked over a particularly windy period, the shackle on my traveler seems to have popped off. I’m trying to figure out how to fix it and what parts i need. Seems like there is a little transverse pin that holds the shackle in place.
Does anyone know about this and where i can find replacement parts?

Did you look in the cockpit and under the car after moving the car back and forth? It doesn't seem like it could have gone too far.

That's a Harken windward sheeting car. Contact Harken. Here is a pic. Not sure if they can provide parts. Might be due for replacement given the wear on the cleats, etc. 22mm High-Load Windward Sheeting 1250 Car | Harken

We went with the high load version after blowing up several of the smaller ones that Harken warrantied out for us.

What is your hull number? We were 1427 for 30 years, also a 1979 boat.
