Oil Pressure Switch Location???

On a UNiversal 25 I think it is on the lower part of the engine, forward, port side. How in the world does an old fat fellow like me get to it for replacement? Use a mirror?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Neal

Lay the stairs all the way down onto the cabin floor. Lay down so your feet go towards the rear berth and your head goes towards the Head door. The oil pressure switch is below the oil filter near the engine mount.

Found it... Fixed it!

Jesse,

Thank you for the description of how to get in position to see the oil pressure switch! I am on the large, well-fed size and I am not sure I would have ever been able to see the switch without your help.

The female connector was in place on the spade but it was so loose it was just "hovering" in position. This was causing the intermittent chirping of the low oil pressure warning horn and flickering of the warning light. I squeezed the female connector a bit and it made a firm connection when I slid it onto the spade.

I cranked the engine and all seems normal now. Ain't it something what a dumb country boy like me can do with a little instruction?

Thanks again to all who offered to help.

Neal
