Anyone ever use an oil filter relocation kit to move the horizontal oil filter on a Yanmar diesel(I have 4JH3-TE on a 2004 H466) to a vertical, easier-to-get-at, remote location? Present filter location toward bottom, stbd side of engine is so cramped that it is virtually impossible to drain, remove, and change the filter without making a mess -- even using homemade trough, catch basin & colorful language.

when you need him ;D!? Fred Ficarra relocated his on I believe a Yanmar 3GM30 in his Hunter 34 by using a Universal Remote Oil Filter Kit made by TransDap, bought through Summit Racing, 800-230-3030. Maybe he'll chime in here for you. Amazing the crap I have saved off this website...all very good crap though!!!
