O'day replacement parts

I'm buying a O'day 22 and I'm concerned if replacement parts are readily available. I know that a company called catalina direct has lots of upgrade kits and replacement parts for older boats. Are there any companies that do that for older O'days(1974, 22')? If not, how difficult is it to find spare parts? Thank You

A couple of weeks ago I visited his "store" a coverted 100+ year old barn and it was filled with various things you never knew you needed.
