The battery configuration on the O'Day 39 is for 2 batteries under the companion way stairs in the engine compartment. I would like to go to a 2 house battery system and use a 3rd as the engine start battery. I'm looking for feed back if anyone else has done this, and specifically where did you mount the 3rd battery.
