Dear Readers, It's time for me to replace my hatches in the Aft Cabin. The once on Port and Starboard site are falling apart. Does anybody has an idea where to get the right ones from? The sizes of the openings are not compatible for the most suppliers of hatches, and as the are all of the "cut out" type, I need once which fit. Can anybody help me with this. It doesn't matter if the only are available in the USA , because I will let them ship over to me. Greets and Happy Sailing, Martin Bosman

Did all mine

I replaced all the opening ports on my 37 with PYHI, commonly called piehigh, these are cheap cousins to the becksons and I'm not sure if you can even find them any more. I had to make my own bug screens for them because two of the other manufacturers would not fit...and they cost so much, yikes! Anyways if you have to saw out a little more here or there its pretty easy to do. I also sealed the inner liner to the cabin/hull with polyester putty or simular waterproof/bondo/tigerhair/fairing compound just incase your sealant gets a leak you wont have water entering inbetween and cause wet decks or other damage.
