The wood screen that o'day used is very attractive and much more upscale than the usual shower curtain.
I doubt that you can find a replacement but it is worth a try to search McMaster Carr hardware and a drapery shop. I would consider making a mold and casting of strengthen epoxy.
Good luck with it.
ps, it is a cliche but call Rudy at D and R MARINE, he may know who the original supplier was.

On my 1985 O'Day 28 it has a factory shower sump. The sump is basically a fiberglass square pan with out turn flanges for securing to underside of the teak shower base. There is a basic bar sink (purchased in any Home Depot or Lowes) stalled in the teak floor panel that allows the water to run down into the sump pan. There is a small Rule sump pump that is plumbed to a Tee fitting in the forward sink drain hose. My electrical panel has a breaker switch the activates the pump. O'Day didn't install a float switch so there must be water in the sump, can't run pump without water for vane will overheat. I epoxied the teak floor panel to protect same from water damage and added shark teeth to the top epoxy for nonskid. To insure water didn't enter the bilge I used marine grade silicone on the pan flange when screwing to teak floor panel. Also around the hose as it exits the pan and the wires coming in to the Rule pump. I would suggest the float switch to make operation less difficult. If you don't have a recessed floor panel your project was just elevated to professional grade. Good Luck Steve Carpenter

Our 1985 28 had a setup similar to what steveac describes, except that instead of an open sump, the drain in the teak floorboard had a hose to a filter and diaphragm pump under the starboard settee. There was a breaker on the panel for the pump, and an additional switch in the head to run the pump. Because it was a diaphragm pump, it was ok if it was run dry for a few moments. The pump then ran through a hose to a through hull in the boot stripe just behind the sink drain.
